Returning commercial premises to original form at the end of a lease
When a tenant has leased a shop or warehouse unit, it is usually the case that alterations will be made. For instance, the tenant may add a staff kitchen or attach shelving or other fittings to the walls and floors.
In most instances, depending on the lease agreement, it will the responsibility of the tenant to remove any alterations made to the premises at the end of the lease. In other instances, the tenant could agree for the Landlord to carry out the work and simply charge the tenant a fee for doing so.

A lovely garden refresh that we completed at the end of summer! This job was done on behalf of a Landlord in Birmingham who was in need of a new fence. Here we tidied up the garden, trimming it back & clearing away any old bits that were unwanted. We then erected a brand new fence, giving the garden a tidy look, whilst being private and secure. When it comes to waste, we aim to recycle as much as possible. Metals will go to scrap merchants for recycling, green waste is turned to mulch and wood will be turned into chipping for re-use.
