The relatives lived in America and asked us to clear the whole property in order for a valuation. They had a friend in London who sent us the keys and we got started straight away.

Due to the client being remote, we handed the keys to a local agent on their behalf, who is taking care of the sale.

An historic building had lay derelict for some time and we were asked to demolish the building and dispose of the waste.
The roof was made of asbestos, which we safely removed first using a cherry picker, before we moved onto the corrugated steel and timber frame. We'll update soon when the next stage of ground clearance is complete.

The previous tenants had personalised the property to their own taste. It was a Social Housing property owned by the local council, and they needed us to remove items in order for them to renovate the property ready for the new tenants. The work included removing all curtains, carpets and fittings that the previous residents had added. This included fireplace and surround, furniture, electrical fittings, personal items and some general belongings that people accumulate over time.
